Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Eighth Annual General Meeting of Mapperley and District u3a will take place on:

Thursday 26th September 2024 at 10.30am at Mapperley Plains Social Club (Doors will open at 10.00am)

This will be a hybrid meeting allowing members to attend either in person or electronically.

All paid up full and associate members of MaD u3a are entitled to participate and vote at the AGM. They are entitled to be nominated as officers or committee members (Trustees) of MaD u3a, provided that they are not officers or committee members of any other u3a.

Agenda

1. Approval of the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 28th September 2023

2. Agreement to accept the report of the Chair of MaD u3a written on behalf of the Trustees for the year 2023/2024

3. Agreement to accept the Statement of Accounts for MaD u3a for the financial year 2023/24

4. Agreement to the appointment of a non-executive member of MaD u3a to examine the accounts for the year 2024/25

5. The elections of officers and committee members as follows:
