AGM 2025
The Ninth Annual General Meeting of Mapperley & District u3a will take place on Thursday 25th September 2025 at 10:00am at the Mapperley Plains Social Club.
All paid up full members of MaD u3a are entitled to participate and vote at the AGM. They are entitled to be nominated as officers or committee members (Trustees) of MaD u3a, provided that they are not officers or committee members of any other u3a.
AGENDA
1. Approval of the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 26th September, 2024
2. Agreement to accept the report of the Chair of MaD u3a written on behalf of the Trustees for the year 2024/2025
3. Agreement to accept the Statement of Accounts for MaD u3a for the financial year 2024/2025
4. Agreement to appoint a non-executive member of MaD u3a to examine the accounts for the financial year 2025/2026
5. Appointment of officers and committee members (Trustees)
