The new group started on Friday, 19 April and will meet twice monthly on 1st and 3rd Friday afternoons, starting at 2.00 pm until 4.00 pm at the Westdale Lane Baptist Church, 368 Westdale Lane, Mapperley NG3 6ES. There will be a cost of £2 per person to go towards the Church funds. The plan is to start with knitting and then introduce crochet in May. You should bring your own needles and wool if you can, although some members have offered spares.
The Westdale Lane Baptist Church is alongside the 45 and 25 bus stop named Kenrick Road. There is ample car parking in front of the church. Please try to park there and not in the car park for the Westdale Lane Community Centre that is attached to the church building and has its own car park.
