Stroller walks take place on the first Friday of each month, weather permitting. The Strollers are usually people who prefer to walk for up to one hour, at shorter distances and at a slower pace than the other groups. We try to use local parks where car parking is easy and there are well-defined footpaths. Well-behaved dogs will be welcome.

3 January 2025 Our Strollers are walking at Colwick Park. We walk around the west lake and stop for a cuppa at Wired on Wheels, alongside the Adventure centre. Well behaved dogs will be welcome

In December, we made a change to our usual programme of strolls and went to Highfields Park at the university.  Mosat members travelled on the tram.  After our walk, we visited the Lakeside café for refreshments.  Some of us stayed on to visit a free exhibition running in the Weston Gallery – Tales from the Caves, discovering the history of the caves underneath Nottingham.
