A white wine which has been made from more than one variety of grape. Many labels will tell you when more than one grape variety has been used.
Commonly blended grape combinations are Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon (Bordeaux Blanc), Viognier, Marsanne, and Roussanne (Rhône Valley White) and blends for Champagne, and some cremants such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, as well as specific regional blends like the Viura-Malvasia blend from Rioja.
