7 November is International Merlot Day

Merlot, which in French means The Little Blackbird, is a hugely popular red grape known for being soft, ripe and elegant.  Most Merlots are easy drinking reds that go well both with food as well as on their own. 

If you don’t want a red, join with a wine of your choice
