10 October is International Pinotage Day so that’s our wine for this week

Pinotage is a red wine dense in colour and bold in flavour with notes of plum sauce, tobacco, blackberry, tar and licorice.  You should expect tannins to be bold but to have a sweet note on the finish – almost like flavoured smoke.
